This information is provided to both on-campus and online students. Lincoln University is committed to responding promptly and fairly to complaints with maximum protection to the parties.
Complaints resulting from distance education courses, 活动, and operations provided by SARA-participating institutions to students in other SARA states come under the coverage of SARA. Complaints about a SARA institution's in-state operations are to be resolved under the state's normal provisions, 不是SARA的. Student complaints relating to consumer protection laws offered under the terms and conditions of the State Authorization Reciprocity Agreement (SARA), must first be filed with the institution to seek resolution.
If a student has a grievance/complaint regarding a matter related to academic or non-academic matters at Lincoln University the student should follow the procedures outlined in the Student Academic Grievance Procedure. If the student is not satisfied with the outcome of the student grievance, the student may 提交 the complaint to an external entity.
If distance education student complaints relating to consumer protection laws are not satisfied, the student should begin the complaint process with the State Authorization Reciprocity Agreement (SARA)通过 宾州SARA门户网站. The student complaint section is at the bottom of the PA-SARA portal. You may file a complaint by downloading the Pennsylvania 教育部 complaint form for colleges and universities (PDF).
Students located outside of Pennsylvania may choose to file a complaint with the state where they are located. You may locate the appropriate state contact information on the NC-SARA 国家名单和联系方式 网站. 加州不是SARA的成员. You may file a complaint with California through its 消费者事务网站.
